Expired certificates of 1 year and older are honored at a rate of one half the value of the certificate up to $20 per visit.  Therefore, if you have a gift certificate valued at $40, providing your desired service is equal to or above that value, $20 will be honored with that service.  However, if on your visit, you choose a service with lesser value, we honor your certificate at half the value of that service.  We will continue honoring at this rate until the value of the certificate has been exhausted.

All expired as in USED gift certificates, cards, vouchers, coupons, etc. will NOT be honored regardless of date or absence thereof shown on the face of the article and alternative payment will be required upon check out.

Gift Cards/Gratuity Our Policies

Rewards Cards, Gift Cards, Gift Certificates, Coupons, Gratuities Card and/or any other offer to render as payment MUST be present at time of service, or alternate form of payment will be requested.

If desiring to leave gratuity, it is customary to leave this directly with your therapist or on the table in your room.  Therapist will gladly accept cash or check from you!

Unless otherwise prearranged prior to December 25, 2011, Rewards Cards, Gift Cards, Gift Certificates, Coupons, purchased from Crescent Massage & Wellness Centers for the purpose of rendering services, will in fact be accepted ONLY for services or product rendered by Crescent Massage & Wellness Centers or that of Crescent Massage at Lecada, and will therefore no longer be accepted as gratuity for Massage Therapists, as Massage Therapists are a separate and independent entity than that of said business mentioned herein.

If purchasing a gift and desiring to leave gratuity as part of that gift,  you may purchase a pre loaded Gratuities Card at time of purchase

Respecting Each Other's Time

Missed Appointments
When you book an appointment with us, that time is set aside for you - and ONLY you. We never double book and we do our best to be ready/waiting for you when you arrive. In return, we ask that you keep your scheduled commitment with us and show up for your appointment on time. If you are late for your appointment, we will need to deduct time from your massage in order to stay on schedule for our next on time client.

Please understand that massage therapists only get paid when they deliver a service therefore missed appointments are costly for us and prevent us from providing services to other clients.

That said, our policy is simple. If you do not show up for your scheduled appointment, and you have not notified us at least 6 hours in advance, the Cancellation or No Show billing policy of 50% of your scheduled-service's fee will be will be applied.

Cancellations
In the event that you unable to keep your scheduled appointment with us, please contact us at least six (6) hours prior to your appointment. If you cannot reach us, please leave a detailed message on our voice mail system. If we do not hear from you within this time frame and you do not keep your appointment, the Cancellation or No Show billing policy of 50% of your scheduled-service's fee will be will be applied.
